Mitarbeiter Industrialisierung für Analytische Entwicklung & GMP-Methodenintegration (m/w/d)
Was erwartet dich?
- Du entwickelst, transferierst und optimierst analytische Methoden (z. B. HPLC, ELISA, PCR) zur Qualitätskontrolle und Prozessstabilität
- Du führst und koordinierst die Integration analytischer Methoden in USP-, DSP- und DP-Prozesse in enger Zusammenarbeit mit den weiteren GID Technical Leadern
- Du unterstützt bei der Validierung analytischer Methoden gemäß GMP-Anforderungen
- Du überwachst, verbesserst kontinuierlich und implementierst GMP-gerechte analytische Verfahren
- Du schulst, coachst und begleitest Mitarbeitende im Bereich Analytik fachlich
- Du erstellst, pflegst und sicherst SOPs und dokumentierte Arbeitsabläufe gemäß GMP
- Du löst technische Probleme und führst Troubleshooting in der Analytik sowie an Schnittstellen zu USP, DSP und DP durch
- Du arbeitest aktiv in interdisziplinären Projektteams zur Förderung der Zusammenarbeit zwischen Analytik, QA, QC, Produktion und Engineering
- Du nimmst an internen und externen Audits und Inspektionen teil

Was solltest du mitbringen?
- Du hast ein abgeschlossenes Studium der Biotechnologie, Pharmazie, Chemie oder vergleichbar – idealerweise mit Promotion oder mehrjähriger Berufserfahrung
- Du verfügst über mindestens 3 Jahre Berufserfahrung im Bereich Analytik, idealerweise mit Schnittstellen zu USP, DSP oder DP
- Du besitzt fundierte Kenntnisse in analytischen Methoden wie HPLC, ELISA und PCR
- Du hast Erfahrung in der Methodenqualifizierung und -validierung unter GMP-Bedingungen
- Du bringst Erfahrung in Schulung und Teamentwicklung mit
- Du verfügst über ein hohes Maß an Kommunikationsfähigkeit, Teamgeist und Organisationsgeschick sowie sehr gute Deutsch- (C1) und Englischkenntnisse (B2) in Wort und Schrift
