Was solltest du mitbringen?
- Du hast einen abgeschlossenen Meister im Bereich Augenoptik oder ein Studium in der Optometrie und bringst mindestens fünf Jahre Berufserfahrung in der Augenoptik mit und 2 Jahre in der Personalführung
- Du hast eine Zusatzausbildung für Kontaktlinsen und idealerweise auch in der Optometrie, sowie Visualtrainings, erweiterte Kenntnisse, was aber ein nice to have ist.
- Du bist kompetent in der Bearbeitung von Brillengläsern und -rahmen, einschließlich Schleifen und der Feinausrichtung
- Du besitzt fundierte Materialkenntnisse in Bezug auf Brillengestelle und Gläser, berätst gern und überzeugst durch eine kompetente Kundenberatung
- Du bist sicher im Umgang mit Geräten für die Sehanalyse und Refraktion
- Du hast idealerweise, zusätzliche Erfahrung in der Werkstatt, insbesondere im Umgang mit Einschleifautomaten

I don't think I meet all the requirements. Can I still apply?
What do I have to consider if I am not from Germany?
Please make sure to provide all necessary documents within your Workwise profile. It should include an EU work-permit (if you have no EU citizenship) and a CV at least. Depending on the position you are applying to, you could also be asked for a certificate of enrollment, a transcript of records or a language certificate.
