Zur Verstärkung unseres Teams suchen wir eine engagierte Persönlichkeit als Teamleitung Admissions & Studienberatung, die sowohl die fachliche Leitung des Teams übernimmt als auch die aktive Gewinnung und Einschreibung von Studierenden vorantreibt.
Ihre Aufgaben
- Leitung und Weiterentwicklung des Admissions-Teams mit Fokus auf Zielerreichung und Servicequalität
- Beratung und Begleitung von Studieninteressierten und deren Familien während des gesamten Bewerbungsprozesses
- Proaktive Gewinnung von Studieninteressierten (Inbound & Outbound) sowie Durchführung von Informations- und Beratungsgesprächen
- Verantwortung für die Erreichung der Immatrikulationsziele und Optimierung der Conversion Rate
- Enge Zusammenarbeit mit Marketing und Fakultät zur Steigerung der Bewerberzahlen und Sicherstellung eines reibungslosen Prozesses

Ihr Profil
- Erfahrung in Vertriebs- oder Beratungsrollen mit Fokus auf Bildungsangebote, Admissions oder vergleichbaren Dienstleistungen
- Erste Führungserfahrung im Aufbau und in der Steuerung von Teams
- Starke kommunikative Fähigkeiten, Empathie sowie sicheres Auftreten in persönlichen und virtuellen Beratungssituationen
- Ausgeprägte Zielorientierung, Organisationstalent und Freude am Erreichen messbarer Ergebnisse

I don't think I meet all the requirements. Can I still apply?
Even if you don't meet all the requirements, you can make up for missing knowledge with additional skills. Use the application's questions to address your motivation and show the company why you are still a good fit for the job. What do I have to consider if I am not from Germany?
Please make sure to provide all necessary documents within your Workwise profile. It should include an EU work-permit (if you have no EU citizenship) and a CV at least. Depending on the position you are applying to, you could also be asked for a certificate of enrollment, a transcript of records or a language certificate. We would also recommend to inform yourself thoroughly in advance about visa regulations. Therefore you can use the official visa navigator from the Federal Foreign Office.
