Was erwartet Sie?
- Sie erarbeiten Montagekonzepte, Bauablaufpläne und Sicherheitskonzepte
- Sie planen das notwendige Personal und weisen die Baustellenleitung ein
- Sie nehmen an Baubesprechungen teil und stimmen sich mit Kund:innen ab
- Sie bestellen und koordinieren Baustelleneinrichtungen wie Container, Anschlüsse, Stapler und Bühnen sowie Hilfs- und Grundmaterialien
- Sie prüfen technische Unterlagen und überwachen Materiallieferungen und Lieferfolgen
- Sie planen die erforderliche Ausrüstung wie Geräte, Maschinen und PSA und wickeln die Baustelle unter Einhaltung der kalkulierten Kostenvorgaben ab
- Sie führen Baustellenbegehungen durch und nehmen die Leistungen mit dem Kund:innen ab
- Sie verhandeln mögliche Nachträge und verfolgen alle Management-Aufgaben im Zusammenhang mit SCC, einschließlich der Erstellung der erforderlichen Unterlagen
- Sie führen Inspektionen durch, einschließlich der erforderlichen Dokumentationen, und erstellen die vollständige SCC-Dokumentation vor Baustellenbeginn
- Sie unterstützen den Vertrieb bei Akquisition und Angebotserarbeitung

Was sollten Sie mitbringen?
- Sie haben eine abgeschlossene technische Ausbildung, zum Beispiel als Anlagenmechaniker:in, Industriemechaniker:in oder Metallbauer:in, mit Weiterbildung zum Meister:in/Techniker:in oder ein Studium im Bereich Maschinenbau, Anlagenbau oder vergleichbar
- Sie verfügen über mehrjährige Erfahrung im Anlagenbau oder in der Montageabwicklung/Projektabwicklung
- Sie haben Erfahrung im Bereich SCC und Arbeitssicherheit
- Sie besitzen Kenntnisse in Kalkulation und Angebotsbearbeitung, was von Vorteil ist
- Sie sind bereit, deutschlandweit und international zu reisen, etwa 30% der Zeit
- Sie arbeiten strukturiert und eigenverantwortlich
- Sie sind kommunikationsstark und durchsetzungsfähig
- Sie beherrschen Deutsch sehr gut in Wort und Schrift, mindestens auf C2-Niveau, und haben Englischkenntnisse mindestens auf B1-Niveau
