- Du übernimmst die aktive Betreuung und Beratung unserer Kunden in Deinem Vertriebsgebiet – vom ersten Kontakt bis zur Planung maßgeschneiderter Getreideanlagen.
- Du baust Deinen Kundenstamm durch gezielte Akquise neuer landwirtschaftlicher Betriebe kontinuierlich aus und repräsentierst unser Unternehmen auf regionalen Messen.
- Du erstellst und verfolgst Angebote eigenständig mit unserem ERP-System und führst die Verhandlungen bis zum erfolgreichen Vertragsabschluss.
- Für eine optimale Projektrealisierung arbeitest Du eng mit dem technischen Innendienst zusammen und sorgst für eine reibungslose Übergabe.

Was solltest du mitbringen?
- Du hast eine abgeschlossene Ausbildung und einen starken Bezug zur Landwirtschaft, idealerweise sogar erste Kenntnisse in der Getreideveredelung.
- Vertriebserfahrung ist kein Muss – wir freuen uns besonders auf Quereinsteiger:innen aus der Landwirtschaft, die Lust auf Sales haben.
- Du arbeitest gerne selbstständig, übernimmst proaktiv Verantwortung und hast Freude daran, dein eigenes Vertriebsgebiet zu gestalten.
- Du bist sicher im Umgang mit MS Office und hast idealerweise schon erste Erfahrungen mit einem ERP-System gesammelt.
- Sehr gute Deutschkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift sind für die Kommunikation mit unseren Kund:innen unerlässlich.

I don't think I meet all the requirements. Can I still apply?
Even if you don't meet all the requirements, you can make up for missing knowledge with additional skills. Use the application's questions to address your motivation and show the company why you are still a good fit for the job. If you don't meet many or all of the requirements, the application will not be successful.
What do I have to consider if I am not from Germany?
Please make sure to provide all necessary documents within your Workwise profile. It should include an EU work-permit (if you have no EU citizenship) and a CV at least. Depending on the position you are applying to, you could also be asked for a certificate of enrollment, a transcript of records or a language certificate. We would also recommend to inform yourself thoroughly in advance about visa regulations. Therefore you can use the official visa navigator from the Federal Foreign Office.
