Our success story.

Our successes and positive feedback have shown us how important humanity and efficiency are in application processes today. Buzzwords like "war for talents" or the shortage of skilled workers are challenges for society as a whole that we want to solve. From startup to established employer in the middle of Karlsruhe. In 2013, the idea for "Campusjäger" was born. In 2015, this is put into practice and Campusjäger GmbH is founded by three engineers from the Karlsruhe Institute of Technology. A platform designed to help students and graduates find jobs. Martin and Jannik have been expanding the business model ever since. The next step follows in 2021: Campusjäger becomes the new corporate brand "Workwise".

We are convinced that people move organizations forward most efficiently when they share the same values and complement each other perfectly. In the best case, this interaction leads to a sense of belonging and thus to a long and sustainable working relationship. With our many years of experience, broad-based expertise and large data sets, we optimize our platform on a daily basis. Thus, we contribute to filling the jobs of tomorrow.

At the beginning of 2022, LEA Partners and Investment Holding Armira Growth invested Workwise with a funding of 12 million euros. This enables us to better achieve our mission of bringing organizations and people together quickly and appropriately. Our offering and our team are evolving every day and we are sure: We can make a lot more happen!
