From start-up to established employer in the heart of Karlsruhe: in 2013, the idea for “Campusjäger,” a student recruitment agency, was born. Three industrial engineers from the Karlsruhe Institute of Technology (KIT) put it into practice and founded Campusjäger GmbH in 2015. In doing so, they created a platform designed to help students and graduates find jobs with ease. Since then, we have continued to expand our business model—and, in addition to students and young professionals, we have placed countless more experienced and non-academic workers. The next step follows in 2021: “Campusjäger” becomes the new, much broader corporate brand “Workwise.”
Our successes and positive feedback have shown us throughout our journey how important both humanity and efficiency are in application processes. We see the shortage of skilled workers as a challenge for society as a whole, one that we want to help solve.
Our organizational structure offers a wide range of opportunities to join us, help shape Workwise and the job market, and learn a lot.
We consist of different departments, which are in turn divided into functional teams. In the Research & Development department, we also work together in interdisciplinary squads.
