Was erwartet dich?
- Du berätst unsere Kund:innen zu den Lösungen unseres Unternehmens mit Schwerpunkt Telefonie- & Vernetzungslösungen
- Du unterstützt das Telekommunikations-Team mit direktem Kund:innenkontakt und bearbeitest Anfragen
- Du nimmst Kund:innenanforderungen im Rahmen von Projekten auf und konfigurierst, dokumentierst sowie präsentierst kundenspezifische Lösungen
- Du begleitest, leitest und setzt Kundenprojekte im Bereich Carrier- & Telefonanlagen um
- Du unterstützt den Vertrieb bei Kund:innenevents und führst Schulungen durch
- Du testest neue Funktionen und Produkte und gestaltest bei der Weiterentwicklung des Arbeitsfeldes mit

Was solltest du mitbringen?
- Du hast eine abgeschlossene Berufsausbildung im Bereich IT oder Telekommunikation, z.B. als Fachinformatiker:in, IT-Systemelektroniker:in, IT-Systemkaufmann/-frau oder vergleichbare Qualifikationen
- Du verfügst idealerweise über grundlegende Kenntnisse in den Bereichen Netzwerk & VoIP sowie Erfahrungen im Bereich Telefonanlagen und Clouddienste, speziell MS Teams-Phone
- Du hast erste Erfahrungen im Bereich Consulting oder Projektmanagement gesammelt
- Du besitzt gute Deutsch- & Englischkenntnisse in Wort & Schrift
- Du arbeitest proaktiv, engagiert & eigenständig
- Du brennst für deinen Job & bist offen für persönliche & fachliche Weiterentwicklung

I don't think I meet all the requirements. Can I still apply?
What do I have to consider if I am not from Germany?
Please make sure to provide all necessary documents within your Workwise profile. It should include an EU work-permit (if you have no EU citizenship) and a CV at least. Depending on the position you are applying to, you could also be asked for a certificate of enrollment, a transcript of records or a language certificate. We would also recommend to inform yourself thoroughly in advance about visa regulations. Therefore you can use the official visa navigator from the Federal Foreign Office.

Please take into account the job’s language requirements and make sure the requirements match your skills.
