Was erwartet dich?
- Geschäftsprozess-Transformation im PE-Umfeld: Du konzipierst, implementierst und optimierst end-to-end Geschäftsprozesse und Systeme in verschiedenen Kompetenzbereichen unserer Private Equity Kunden - von der strategischen Planung bis zur operativen Umsetzung
- Management Consulting & Unternehmenssteuerung: Du berätst und unterstützt Portfoliounternehmen und PE-Investoren bei der Optimierung steuerungsrelevanter Inhalte, entwickelst Lösungen zur Verbesserung der Unternehmenssteuerung, -planung und Performance-Transparenz
- Business Intelligence & Data Analytics: Du erstellst unternehmensweite Datenmodelle für Reportingzwecke, designst und implementierst automatisierte BI-Analysen sowie Management-Dashboards für tagesaktuelle Unternehmenstransparenz
- Value Creation Programme: Du unterstützt aktiv bei der Entwicklung und Umsetzung von Wertsteigerungsinitiativen in Portfoliounternehmen, identifizierst Optimierungspotentiale und begleitest Change-Management-Prozesse
- Financial Reporting & Controlling-Optimierung: Du entwickelst standardisierte Management- und Investor-Reports, optimierst Controlling-Prozesse und etablierst moderne Finance-Reporting-Strukturen für effiziente Unternehmenssteuerung
- Digitale Transformation & Systemintegration: Du leitest Digitalisierungsprojekte, implementierst Data-Warehouse-Lösungen und sorgst für nahtlose Integration verschiedener Systeme
- M&A-Support & Post-Merger-Integration: Du unterstützt bei Due-Diligence-Prozessen, Exit-Vorbereitungen und der Integration von Add-on-Akquisitionen mit Fokus auf Financial Transparency und operative Synergien

Was solltest du mitbringen?
- Du hast ein Masterstudium der Betriebswirtschaftslehre oder Wirtschaftsinformatik mit den Fachrichtungen Finance, Controlling/Accounting und/oder Informatik abgeschlossen
- Du hast ein ausgeprägtes Interesse an strategischen und/oder finanzwirtschaftlichen Fragestellungen zur Datenanalyse und Unternehmensprozessen
- Du verfügst über Kenntnisse in SQL, sowie in einem Datenvisualisierungstool wie Microsoft Power BI oder Tableau, was von Vorteil ist
- Du hast erste Kenntnisse in Datenintegrationstools (wie z.B. Pentaho, Talend, etc.) und verhandlungssichere Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse (mindestens C1)
- Du bringst Neugierde, Gewissenhaftigkeit und Kreativität in der Lösungsfindung mit und hast eine hohe emotionale Intelligenz und Empathie im Aufbau vertrauensvoller Beziehungen mit Kolleg:innen & Kund:innen
- Du hast Leidenschaft für das, was Du tust

What do I have to consider if I am not from Germany?
Please make sure to provide all necessary documents within your Workwise profile. It should include an EU work-permit (if you have no EU citizenship) and a CV at least. Depending on the position you are applying to, you could also be asked for a certificate of enrollment, a transcript of records or a language certificate. We would also recommend to inform yourself thoroughly in advance about visa regulations. Therefore you can use the official visa navigator from the Federal Foreign Office.
