- You identify opportunities to improve the payment product taking into account customer satisfaction, cost-effectiveness and legal requirements
- You build strong relationships with other departments within the company, e.g. Product, Customer Happiness, Account Management and implement efficient collaboration measures
- You advance cooperation with payment service providers and financial institutions
- You bring our risk management to the next level and establish accurate control measures in line with KYC standards

What should you bring along?
- You have at least 5+ years of experience in the field of Payment Operations with at least 2 years in a leadership role, preferably in a scale-up environment
- You possess a growth mindset, critically thinking and always willing to improve the status quo, knowing what it means to scale processes and adapt to growth
- You have excellent communication skills, with the ability to make independent decisions and set priorities
- You have profound knowledge of the payments lifecycle, the associated risks and a good overview of applicable regulations
- You pay high attention to detail and have an analytical, data-driven working style
- You are fully proficient in English, German is a plus

What do I have to consider if I am not from Germany?
Please make sure to provide all necessary documents within your Workwise profile. It should include an EU work-permit (if you have no EU citizenship) and a CV at least.
