Als Verfahrenstechniker im Engineering-Team entwickelst du die prozesstechnischen Grundlagen unserer Membran‑ und Filtrationsanlagen. Du erstellst und pflegst P&IDs, legst Prozessparameter aus und stimmst technische Anforderungen eng mit Konstruktion, Projektleitung und Fertigung ab. Mit deinem Know‑how in Hydraulik, Wasseraufbereitung und Prozessflüssigkeiten bewertest du Machbarkeit, Wirtschaftlichkeit und Prozesssicherheit. Du begleitest Tests und Inbetriebnahmen und sorgst dafür, dass unsere Anlagen verfahrenstechnisch optimal funktionieren. Durch deine strukturierte Dokumentation und die Pflege des SMAP‑Systems trägst du maßgeblich zur Qualität und Weiterentwicklung unserer technischen Standards bei.

Was erwartet dich?

Du entwickelst verfahrenstechnische Konzepte für unsere Membran‑ und Filtrationsanlagen und legst alle relevanten Prozessparameter aus – von Durchfluss und Druckverlust bis hin zur Hydraulik komplexer Systeme.
Du erstellst, pflegst und strukturierst P&IDs und definierst die prozesstechnischen Grundlagen für Konstruktion, Fertigung und Inbetriebnahme.
Du arbeitest eng mit der Konstruktion zusammen, um verfahrenstechnische Anforderungen in fertigungsgerechte Anlagenlayouts, Rohrleitungspläne und Baugruppen umzusetzen.
Du bewertest Machbarkeit, Wirtschaftlichkeit und Prozesssicherheit und bringst dein Know‑how in technische Klärungen mit Kunden, Lieferanten und internen Schnittstellen ein.
Du unterstützt die Projektleitung durch Auslegungstabellen, Prozessbeschreibungen, technische Dokumentation und klare Entscheidungsgrundlagen.
Du begleitest Versuche, Tests und Inbetriebnahmen – sowohl intern als auch beim Kunden – und stellst sicher, dass die Anlage verfahrenstechnisch optimal funktioniert.
Du hältst das SMAP‑System sowie die gesamte verfahrenstechnische Dokumentation sauber, strukturiert und normgerecht.
Du arbeitest aktiv an der Weiterentwicklung unserer Standards, Prozesse und technischen Lösungen im Bereich Membran‑ und Filtrationstechnik.

Was solltest du mitbringen?

Eine abgeschlossene technische Ausbildung, z. B. in Verfahrenstechnik, Chemie‑/Umwelttechnik, Maschinenbau oder einer vergleichbaren Fachrichtung.
Mehrjährige Berufserfahrung in der Verfahrenstechnik – idealerweise im Anlagenbau, in der Wasseraufbereitung oder im Umgang mit Prozessflüssigkeiten.
Sicherer Umgang mit P&IDs, verfahrenstechnischen Berechnungen und idealerweise Erfahrung mit SMAP oder ähnlichen Tools.
Kenntnisse in der Auslegung von Pumpen, Armaturen, Mess‑ und Regeltechnik sowie Verständnis für hydraulische und thermische Zusammenhänge.
Erfahrung in der Zusammenarbeit mit Konstruktion, Projektleitung und Fertigung.
CAD‑Grundkenntnisse (z. B. SolidWorks, AutoCAD) sind von Vorteil.
Strukturierte Arbeitsweise, analytisches Denken und die Fähigkeit, technische Entscheidungen klar zu kommunizieren.
Gute Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift.
