- Du verantwortest eigenständig die strategische und operative Führung von IT-Projekten, bist primärer Ansprechpartner für Kunden und das Management, und steuerst aktiv das Projektcontrolling, Budget sowie die Ressourcenplanung für interne und externe IT-Projekte in direkter Zusammenarbeit mit der Geschäftsführung
- Du koordinierst die Projektkommunikation auf allen Ebenen und managst professionell die Stakeholder-Beziehungen zwischen Business und IT, bereitest Entscheidungsvorlagen vor und unterstützt beim Change Management
- Du planst und organisierst Workshops und Meetings, definierst mit dem Team Projektziele und -scope, und unterstützt beim Risikomanagement zur Sicherung des Projekterfolgs
- Du verantwortest die agile Produktentwicklung und sicherst durch effektive Priorisierung und Steuerung der Sprints die termingerechte Lieferung hochwertiger Projektergebnisse
- Du führst das Backlog-Management strategisch, steuerst die Ressourcenauslastung deines Teams und sorgst durch geschicktes Kapazitätsmanagement für eine optimale Performance

Was solltest du mitbringen?
- Du besitzt eine schnelle Auffassungsgabe, analytische Fähigkeiten sowie eine systematische, strukturierte und selbstständige Arbeitsweise und zeichnest dich insbesondere durch die Fähigkeit aus, KI-Technologien intensiv und innovativ in den Arbeitsalltag einzubinden
- Du verfügst über mehrjährige Berufserfahrung im IT-Projektmanagement, idealerweise mit relevanten Zertifizierungen (z.B. PMP, PRINCE2)
- Du besitzt umfassende Erfahrung in der Anwendung agiler Methoden wie Scrum/Kanban, hast bereits erfolgreich IT-Projekte eigenverantwortlich durchgeführt und überzeugst durch fundierte Kenntnisse im Projektcontrolling
- Dein Wissen über IT-Service-Management nach ITIL sowie klassische und agile Projektmanagement-Frameworks befähigt dich zur methodischen Projektsteuerung
- Als überzeugende Führungspersönlichkeit begeisterst du Teams, kommunizierst souverän auf allen Hierarchieebenen und etablierst durch deine ausgeprägte Stakeholder-Kompetenz erfolgreiche Geschäftsbeziehungen
