Was erwartet Sie?
- Sie leiten eigenverantwortlich HLKS-Projekte im Gewerbebau, von der technischen Vorbereitung über die Koordination vor Ort bis zur erfolgreichen Übergabe an den Kunden.
- Sie führen und motivieren Ihr Team aus Monteuren direkt auf der Baustelle und stellen einen reibungslosen sowie qualitativ hochwertigen Arbeitsablauf sicher.
- Sie steuern die Zusammenarbeit mit Nachunternehmern, überwachen deren Leistungen und sind die zentrale Schnittstelle zu Bauherren, Planern und Behörden.
- Sie verantworten das Kosten- und Nachtragsmanagement, kontrollieren den Bautenstand und stellen eine lückenlose Dokumentation bis zur Endabrechnung sicher.

Was sollten Sie mitbringen?
- Sie haben eine abgeschlossene Ausbildung als Anlagemechaniker:in SHK, idealerweise ergänzt durch eine Meister- oder Technikerqualifikation.
- Sie bringen mindestens drei Jahre Erfahrung in der Projektleitung im Bereich HLKS mit, inklusive der Führung von Montageteams und Nachunternehmern.
- Sie sind versiert im Kosten- und Qualitätsmanagement und treten im Umgang mit Kunden, Bauherren sowie Behörden sicher auf.
- Eine selbstständige, strukturierte und lösungsorientierte Arbeitsweise zeichnet Sie aus.
- Sie kommunizieren verhandlungssicher auf Deutsch (C1-Niveau).
- Von Vorteil: Polnische Sprachkenntnisse sind ein großes Plus für die reibungslose Teamkoordination.

What do I have to consider if I am not from Germany?
