Projektleiter für Produktentwicklung (m/w/d)
Deine Aufgaben:
- Planung, Steuerung und Reporting von Entwicklungsprojekten
- Führung des Projektteams und Schaffung der Rahmenbedingungen für eine effiziente und erfolgreiche Projektarbeit
- Überwachen des Projektfortschritts und sicherstellen, dass Meilensteine und Projektziele erreicht werden
- Enge Zusammenarbeit mit dem Systemverantwortlichen des Projektes bei Aufgaben wie dem Anforderungsmanagement, Risikomanagement sowie der Implementierung und Überwachung von Qualitätsstandards und -prozessen
- Risikomanagement und Ressourcenplanung sowie Aufstellen von Termin-, Kosten- und Kapazitätsplänen
- Abstimmung unterschiedlicher Stakeholder-Interessen
- Organisation und Durchführung der Regelkommunikation innerhalb des Projektteams
- Erstellung und Präsentation von regelmäßigen Projektberichten für interne und externe Stakeholder

Dein Profil:
- Abgeschlossenes Studium des Wirtschaftsingenieurwesens, des Projektmanagements oder eine vergleichbare Qualifikation
- Langjährige Berufserfahrung in der Planung, Durchführung und Überwachung von Projekten, idealerweise in der Software- oder Produktentwicklung
- Mehrjährige Erfahrung in der Anleitung eines Projekt-Teams
- Tiefgehende Kenntnisse in gängigen Projektmanagement-Methoden und -Frameworks wie Scrum, Agile, Kanban, Waterfall, PRINCE2
- Ausgeprägte Problemlösefähigkeit und logisches Denken
- Organisations- und Koordinationstalent sowie eine strategische Denkweise
- Ausgeprägte Kommunikationsstärke auf Deutsch und Englisch
