What can you expect?
- You work holistically with others on our understanding of the existing product portfolio to gain a fundamental understanding of the needs in our future product portfolio
- You play a central role in product development for Ultimate Guard by being the primary design lead for a variety of new TCG accessories as well as other related projects
- You work with and recommend various material and design/construction solutions for our products and related projects
- You provide specs/technical drawings of required solutions
- You work closely within your own team as well as with our procurement team and suppliers
- You pitch and spar with team and leadership on solutions for future Ultimate Guard products, and expect to travel 5-10 days per year to industry events

What should you bring along?
- You have at least 5 years of product or industrial design experience
- You possess a hybrid skill set of design and engineering, able to work with the user perspective in mind when promoting/pitching design choices, and capable of executing them with high quality in the required technical specifications
- You have previous experience working with a variety of materials for product design
- You are proficient in Adobe Creative Cloud programs and other relevant design software tools, including 3D modeling design, and familiar with 3D CAD software for engineering drawings
- You have the right mindset with a strong ability to take the lead when needed and present ideas with a solid foundation in perceived user value, a supportive nature, and an open and creative mind willing to explore possibilities
- You are based at our headquarters in Herxheim, Germany, with English required and fluency in German as a plus, and have 3D printing experience

I don't think I meet all the requirements. Can I still apply?
What do I have to consider if I am not from Germany?
Please make sure to provide all necessary documents within your Workwise profile. It should include an EU work-permit (if you have no EU citizenship) and a CV at least. Depending on the position you are applying to, you could also be asked for a certificate of enrollment, a transcript of records or a language certificate. We would also recommend to inform yourself thoroughly in advance about visa regulations. Therefore you can use the official visa navigator from the Federal Foreign Office.
