Was erwartet dich?
- Du übernimmst die Organisation und Steuerung von großvolumigen Produktionsprozessen, von der Planung bis zur Umsetzung, und gewährleistest den reibungslosen Ablauf projektbezogener Aktivitäten
- Du planst und kontrollierst Projekttermine mithilfe moderner Projektmanagement-Tools und richtest dich dabei nach den individuellen Vorgaben der Kund:innen
- Du bist die zentrale Ansprechperson für alle Projektbeteiligten – ob Kund:innen, Partner:innen oder Dienstleister:innen – und sorgst für einen klaren Informationsfluss
- Du arbeitest Hand in Hand mit internen Teams, um eine effiziente Projektdurchführung und zuverlässige Qualitätsprüfungen sicherzustellen
- Du verantwortest die Einhaltung von Qualitätsrichtlinien und Standards über alle Phasen des Projekts hinweg
- Du erstellst regelmäßige Berichte und Analysen, um den Projektstatus und die Qualitätsergebnisse zu dokumentieren und transparent darzustellen
- Du bewertest und entwickelst Lieferant:innen und Dienstleister:innen weiter, indem du deren Performance und Qualität kontinuierlich überprüfst

Was solltest du mitbringen?
- Du verfügst über ein abgeschlossenes Studium, eine Ausbildung oder eine vergleichbare Qualifikation in Bereichen wie Wirtschaft, Handel, Projektmanagement, Logistik oder Qualitätsmanagement
- Du hast erste Praxiserfahrungen im Projektmanagement, idealerweise mit internationalem Bezug
- Du kannst Aufgaben eigenständig planen und strukturieren, wobei du Prioritäten setzt und sicherstellst, dass Ziele effizient und termingerecht erreicht werden
- Deine analytischen Fähigkeiten ermöglichen es dir, auch komplexe Herausforderungen lösungsorientiert zu bewältigen
- Du bist ein Teamplayer:in und zeichnest dich durch deine starke Kommunikationsfähigkeit aus
- Du überzeugst mit der Fähigkeit, Beziehungen zu Kund:innen, Lieferant:innen und Dienstleister:innen souverän zu managen und beweist dabei idealerweise Verhandlungsgeschick
- Du bringst gute Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift mit und kannst in einem internationalen Kontext arbeiten

What do I have to consider if I am not from Germany?
