Mitarbeiter für Arbeitsvorbereitung und Datenmanagement (m/w/d)
Was erwartet dich?
- Du prüfst und bearbeitest gemeinsam mit unserem Team Kundenanfragen, Bestellungen und Reklamationen, um einen reibungslosen Ablauf zu gewährleisten
- Du kümmerst dich um die Erstellung und Optimierung von CNC-Programmen, die Logistik- und Materialplanung sowie die Terminierung von Produktionsaufträgen
- Du pflegst und verwaltest mit einem Auge fürs Detail Produktdaten und entwickelst unsere Stammdaten ständig weiter, um neuen Anforderungen gerecht zu werden
- Du arbeitest als Schnittstelle zwischen verschiedenen Abteilungen eng mit Kolleg:innen aus der Produktion, dem Einkauf und dem Rechnungswesen zusammen, um bestehende Prozesse zu unterstützen

Was solltest du mitbringen?
- Du verfügst über eine abgeschlossene Ausbildung als Holztechniker:in oder Tischlermeister:in und bringst bereits fundierte Erfahrungen im Möbelbau oder in der Montage mit
- Du bist mit Excel und anderen Datenverarbeitungstools vertraut und hast Lust, dich auch in die Bereiche VBA und PowerQuery weiter einzuarbeiten
- Du hast ein gutes Verständnis für technische und kaufmännische Prozesse und Freude an innovativen Lösungen
- Du bist ein Teamplayer:in mit ausgeprägten Kommunikationsfähigkeiten und hast Freude daran, dich in neue Themen einzuarbeiten und diese aktiv voranzutreiben

What do I have to consider if I am not from Germany?
Please make sure to provide all necessary documents within your Workwise profile. It should include an EU work-permit (if you have no EU citizenship) and a CV at least.
