Was erwartet dich?
- Du steuerst strategisch und übernimmst das gruppenweite Controlling, indem du einheitliche Controlling-Standards und -Prozesse für alle Tochtergesellschaften entwickelst und implementierst
- Du überwachst und konsolidierst die Projektcontrolling-Aktivitäten auf Gruppenebene und stellst die Vergleichbarkeit und Transparenz der finanziellen Projektentwicklung in der gesamten Unternehmensgruppe sicher
- Du erstellst und entwickelst Richtlinien und Tools für das Projektcontrolling kontinuierlich weiter und definierst Kennzahlen und KPIs zur einheitlichen Bewertung der Projektperformance in allen Tochtergesellschaften
- Du schulst und leitest die Projektcontroller in den operativen Gesellschaften zu neuen Standards und Prozessen an und überwachst das Risikomanagement, indem du finanzielle Großprojekte monitorst und frühzeitig Abweichungen oder Risiken identifizierst
- Du bist aktiv im Eskalationsmanagement eingebunden, stabilisierst kritische Projekte durch operative Eingliederung und leitest Gegenmaßnahmen ein, während du die Tochtergesellschaften in Krisensituationen oder bei Bedarf durch gezielte Intervention unterstützt
- Du erstellst und konsolidierst Projektberichte und -analysen für die gesamte Unternehmensgruppe und bereitest Entscheidungsvorlagen für die Geschäftsführung auf

Was solltest du mitbringen?
- Du hast ein wirtschaftswissenschaftliches oder technisches Studium abgeschlossen
- Du bringst idealerweise mehrjährige Erfahrung im Projektcontrolling, insbesondere in Bau-, Anlagen- oder Gebäudetechnik (HLKS), mit
- Du bist sicher in Budgetierung, Kalkulation und Nachkalkulation und verfügst über IT- und Systemkenntnisse, insbesondere im Umgang mit DTAEV-Systemen, BI-Tools und Excel
- Du hast Erfahrung in der Systemeinführung und -optimierung und idealerweise Kenntnisse im Vertragswesen (VOB/B, HOAI) sowie in der Risikobewertung
- Du besitzt starke Problemlösungskompetenz, denkst vorausschauend und kommunizierst klar und überzeugend auf allen Ebenen
- Du bist entscheidungsfreudig und handlungsstark, auch unter Druck, und bist bereit zu reisen, um Einsätze in Tochtergesellschaften zu übernehmen

What do I have to consider if I am not from Germany?
