Was erwartet dich?
- Du unterstützt das Sales-Team bei der Akquise von Neukund:innen und bist Ansprechperson für bestehende Kund:innen zu laufenden und abgeschlossenen Projekten
- Du verantwortest die Pflege der Kundendaten in unserem CRM-System (HubSpot)
- Du analysierst Kundenbedürfnisse und bereitest Verkaufsgespräche professionell vor und nach
- Du erstellst individuelle Angebote, koordinierst die Auftragsbestätigungen und begleitest Kund:innen und Partner:innen durch die gesamte Customer Journey
- Du arbeitest eng mit unserem Marketingteam zusammen, verfasst du vertriebliche E-Mails sowie E-Mail-Vorlagen und gestaltest Vertriebsunterlagen durch deine kreativen Ideen ansprechend
- Du erstellst Wirtschaftlichkeitsrechnungen, um die Rentabilität unserer Anlagen darzustellen

Was solltest du mitbringen?
- Du bringst erste Berufserfahrung (mindestens 2 Jahre) im Bereich Sales, Vertriebsinnendienst, Sales Support, Customer Support oder Ähnliches mit
- Du hast bereits in einem wachstumsstarken Unternehmen gearbeitet und kennst die Herausforderungen eines skalierenden Vertriebsteams
- Du verfügst über eine abgeschlossene kaufmännische Berufsausbildung oder eine vergleichbare Ausbildung
- Du konntest bereits Erfahrungen in der Arbeit mit einem CRM-System sammeln
- Du besitzt ausgezeichnete Kommunikationsfähigkeiten sowie eine proaktive und lösungsorientierte Arbeitsweise, und eine ausgeprägte Kundenorientierung
- Du sprichst verhandlungssicheres Deutsch (C2) und Englisch (C1)

You can upload your application documents in your Workwise profile. These can only be viewed by companies you are applying to.

Can I process my application afterwards?
Yes, this is possible. In your application overview you can view your information and make changes. If you have already been invited to an interview, editing is no longer possible. However, you can still add general information and upload additional documents in your profile.

I don't think I meet all the requirements. Can I still apply?
What do I have to consider if I am not from Germany?
Please make sure to provide all necessary documents within your Workwise profile. It should include an EU work-permit (if you have no EU citizenship) and a CV at least. Depending on the position you are applying to, you could also be asked for a certificate of enrollment, a transcript of records or a language certificate. We would also recommend to inform yourself thoroughly in advance about visa regulations. Therefore you can use the official visa navigator from the Federal Foreign Office.
What do I have to consider if German is not my mother tongue?
Please take into account the job’s language requirements and make sure the requirements match your skills.
