Sachbearbeiter Kundendienst & Logistik (m/w/d)
Was erwartet dich?
- Du bearbeitest unsere Kundenaufträge und dokumentierst die Abwicklung in den entsprechenden Systemen
- Du betreust unsere Kund:innen und nutzt unsere Datenbanken zur Vorbereitung des telefonischen und schriftlichen Austauschs
- Du unterstützt den Außendienst bei der Neukundengewinnung, z.B. durch die Umsetzung einer Marktrecherche
- Du fungierst als Kontaktperson für Speditionen in Bezug auf Terminverschiebungen, kurzfristige Lieferungen oder andere Abweichungen
- Du übernimmst die Stammdatenpflege und prüfst regelmäßig die Vertragsbedingungen
- Du übernimmst in Vertretung die Versandabwicklung, die Umsetzung von Wareneingangsbuchungen sowie Rechnungsprüfung, -kontierung und -freigabe für unsere Kund:innen

Was solltest du mitbringen?
- Du hast eine abgeschlossene kaufmännische Berufsausbildung oder vergleichbare Berufserfahrung in der Sachbearbeitung oder Kundenbetreuung
- Du wendest ERP-Systeme und MS-Office routiniert an
- Du hast Spaß am telefonischen Kontakt mit Kund:innen und eine hohe Kommunikationskompetenz
- Du bist ein Teamplayer:in und hast Organisationstalent, eine gute Auffassungsgabe und eine hohe Eigenmotivation
- Du arbeitest gerne selbständig, bist flexibel und hast ein gutes Durchsetzungsvermögen
- Du besitzt gute Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift

I don't think I meet all the requirements. Can I still apply?
What do I have to consider if I am not from Germany?
Please make sure to provide all necessary documents within your Workwise profile. It should include an EU work-permit (if you have no EU citizenship) and a CV at least. Depending on the position you are applying to, you could also be asked for a certificate of enrollment, a transcript of records or a language certificate. We would also recommend to inform yourself thoroughly in advance about visa regulations. Therefore you can use the official visa navigator from the Federal Foreign Office.
