- Sie übernehmen Verantwortung: Das Betreiben der vier Biogasanlagen in Reichenbach, Lebusa, Leißnitz und Dragsdorf auf kaufmännischer und technischer Ebene liegt in Ihrer Hand
- Sie sind die fachliche Führung des Bewirtschafter-Teams in der Region
- Sie bauen die landwirtschaftlichen Kontakte in Ihrem Zuständigkeitsbereich aus und pflegen diese
- Sie stellen sicher, dass die Biogasanlagen nach den Genehmigungen BauGB und BImSchG betrieben werden
- Sie sind verantwortlich für die Wartung und Instandhaltung der Anlagen

Was sollten Sie mitbringen?
- Sie konnten bereits 3 Jahre Erfahrung im Bereich Biogas, alternativ in der Landwirtschaft sammeln
- Sie haben eine abgeschlossene Weiterbildung als Techniker:in/Meister:in, ein technisches oder kaufmännisches Studium
- Sie verfügen über betriebswirtschaftliche Kenntnisse und unternehmerisches Denken sowie ein gutes landwirtschaftliches Verständnis
- Sie haben fundierte Berufs- und erste Führungserfahrung
- Sie sind handwerklich vielseitig und haben ein hohes technisches Verständnis
- Sie zeigen Einsatzfreude, Flexibilität und Mobilität

What do I have to consider if I am not from Germany?
Please make sure to provide all necessary documents within your Workwise profile. It should include an EU work-permit (if you have no EU citizenship) and a CV at least.
