Was erwartet dich?
- Du berätst unsere Kund:innen strategisch und entwickelst auf dieser Basis kreative Konzepte für digitale Projekte und Kampagnen.
- Du übersetzt Kundenwünsche in klare Creative Briefings und stellst sicher, dass alle Projektbeteiligten ein gemeinsames Ziel verfolgen.
- Du steuerst interdisziplinäre Teams aus UX, IT und Content sowie externe Dienstleister:innen und bist die zentrale Schnittstelle im gesamten Projektverlauf.
- Du übernimmst die operative Steuerung von Web-Projekten, von der Konzeption in Figma bis zur Umsetzung in WordPress, und sicherst die Qualität der Ergebnisse.
- Du planst, erstellst und optimierst Performance-Kampagnen eigenständig mit Tools wie Google Ads und den gängigen Social Media Marketing-Plattformen.
- Du verantwortest die Budgetplanung, das Controlling sowie das Timing-Management deiner Projekte und sorgst für einen erfolgreichen Abschluss.

Was solltest du mitbringen?
- Du bringst 1 bis 2 Jahre Berufserfahrung im Projektmanagement mit, idealerweise gesammelt in einer Werbe- oder Digitalagentur.
- Du hast ein fundiertes Verständnis für Online-Marketing-Kanäle (von SEO bis Social Media) und bist sicher im Umgang mit gängigen Tools wie MS Office, WordPress oder Figma.
- Mit deiner Kommunikationsstärke und deinem souveränen Auftreten behältst du auch in komplexen Projekten den Überblick und führst interdisziplinäre Teams zum Erfolg.
- Du denkst lösungsorientiert, hast Spaß daran, dich in neue Themen wie KI-Tools oder UX/UI einzuarbeiten und bringst eine proaktive, positive Art mit.
- Sehr gute Deutschkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift runden dein Profil ab.

I don't think I meet all the requirements. Can I still apply?
What do I have to consider if I am not from Germany?
Please make sure to provide all necessary documents within your Workwise profile. It should include an EU work-permit (if you have no EU citizenship) and a CV at least. Depending on the position you are applying to, you could also be asked for a certificate of enrollment, a transcript of records or a language certificate. We would also recommend to inform yourself thoroughly in advance about visa regulations. Therefore you can use the official visa navigator from the Federal Foreign Office.

Please take into account the job’s language requirements and make sure the requirements match your skills.
