Was erwartet dich?
- Du tauchst tief in komplexe Finanz- und Versicherungsthemen ein, um Zielgruppen, Märkte und Produkte zu analysieren und kreative Potenziale aufzudecken.
- Auf dieser Basis entwickelst du die strategische Grundlage für unverwechselbare Markenkonzepte im B2B2C-Umfeld.
- Du konzipierst kreative Kampagnen – von der ersten Idee bis zum Feinkonzept – für digitale und klassische Kanäle, um Vertriebs- und Recruiting-Ziele zu erreichen.
- Du visualisierst deine Ideen und Strategien in überzeugenden Präsentationen mit Keynote oder PowerPoint, die du souverän im Team und vor Kund:innen vertrittst.
- In enger Zusammenarbeit mit dem Beratungs- und Design-Team sorgst du dafür, dass aus starken Konzepten brillante Umsetzungen werden.

Was solltest du mitbringen?
- Du hast bereits erste Berufserfahrung in einer Werbeagentur gesammelt und bist sowohl in der digitalen als auch der klassischen Medienwelt zu Hause.
- Du brennst dafür, komplexe Themen kreativ zu durchdringen und hast Lust, mit deinen Ideen Finanzkommunikation auf ein neues Level zu heben.
- Im Umgang mit Keynote oder PowerPoint bist du routiniert und nutzt begeistert KI-Tools, um deine Konzepte effizient zu visualisieren.
- Idealerweise bringst du bereits Erfahrung mit Finanz- oder Versicherungsprodukten und in der B2B2C-Kommunikation mit.
- Du kommunizierst und präsentierst fließend auf Deutsch, sowohl im Team als auch vor Kund:innen.

I don't think I meet all the requirements. Can I still apply?
What do I have to consider if I am not from Germany?
Please make sure to provide all necessary documents within your Workwise profile. It should include an EU work-permit (if you have no EU citizenship) and a CV at least. Depending on the position you are applying to, you could also be asked for a certificate of enrollment, a transcript of records or a language certificate. We would also recommend to inform yourself thoroughly in advance about visa regulations. Therefore you can use the official visa navigator from the Federal Foreign Office.
