Was erwartet dich?
- Als Herzstück unserer Fertigung stellst du präzise Kunststoff- und Acrylteile nach technischen Zeichnungen her, von der ersten Bearbeitung bis zum finalen Finish.
- Dabei wendest du dein handwerkliches Geschick bei Klebe-, Säge- und Fräsarbeiten an und bringst idealerweise erste Erfahrungen an unseren CNC-Fräsen mit ein.
- Du montierst die gefertigten Teile zu komplexen Baugruppen und Systemen und verarbeitest dabei auch Alu-Verbund-Materialien sowie Holz.
- In enger Abstimmung mit deinen Kolleg:innen im Werkstatt-Team stellst du sicher, dass alle Aufträge termingerecht und in höchster Qualität umgesetzt werden.
- Du übernimmst die eigenständige Qualitätskontrolle deiner Arbeit, denn du hast einen hohen Anspruch an das perfekte Ergebnis.
- Die Wartung und Instandhaltung deines Maschinenparks gehört ebenfalls zu deinem Verantwortungsbereich, um einen reibungslosen Ablauf zu garantieren.

Was solltest du mitbringen?
- Du hast eine abgeschlossene Ausbildung zum Tischler, Schreiner oder eine vergleichbare Qualifikation.
- Du bringst Erfahrung in der Bearbeitung von Acryl und anderen Kunststoffen mit.
- Du beherrschst gängige Klebe- und Zerspanungstechniken sicher.
- Idealerweise hast du bereits erste Erfahrungen im Umgang mit CNC-Fräsen gesammelt.
- Eine präzise, qualitätsbewusste Arbeitsweise sowie Teamgeist und Zuverlässigkeit zeichnen dich aus.
- Du sprichst fließend Deutsch (mind. C1), um dich reibungslos im Team abzustimmen.

What do I have to consider if I am not from Germany?
