In dieser Position hast du die Möglichkeit, eine sehr sichtbare Rolle zu übernehmen und ein internationales Team von 5 ambitionierten Experten innerhalb des Finance Operations Teams zu leiten. Außerdem berichtest du an unseren Head of Finance Operations und agierst als Sparringspartner bei der Gestaltung und Skalierung unserer Zahlungsprozesse.

Was solltest du mitbringen?
- Du hast mindestens 5 Jahre Erfahrung im Bereich Payment Operations, davon mindestens 2 Jahre in einer Führungsrolle, vorzugsweise in einem Startup-Umfeld
- Du hast ein Growth Mindset, kritisches Denken und bist immer bereit, den Status Quo zu verbessern - du weißt, was es bedeutet, Prozesse zu skalieren und an Wachstum anzupassen
- Du verfügst über ausgezeichnete Kommunikationsfähigkeiten und bist in der Lage, selbstständig Entscheidungen zu treffen und Prioritäten zu setzen
- Du hast fundierte Kenntnisse des Zahlungszyklus, der damit verbundenen Risiken und einen guten Überblick über die geltenden Vorschriften

I don't think I meet all the requirements. Can I still apply?

What do I have to consider if I am not from Germany?
Please make sure to provide all necessary documents within your Workwise profile. It should include an EU work-permit (if you have no EU citizenship) and a CV at least. Depending on the position you are applying to, you could also be asked for a certificate of enrollment, a transcript of records or a language certificate.
