Was erwartet dich?
- Du führst und entwickelst dein Fachteam im Bereich Immissionsschutz und gestaltest aktiv die strategische Ausrichtung der Abteilung mit.
- Du verantwortest die ganzheitliche Planung, Steuerung und Abrechnung von schalltechnischen Projekten – von der Angebotserstellung bis zur finalen Qualitätssicherung.
- Du gewährleistest die Erstellung fundierter schalltechnischer Gutachten (z.B. nach TA Lärm) für Gewerbe-, Freizeit- und Verkehrslärm im Rahmen von Genehmigungsverfahren.
- Mithilfe von SoundPLAN erstellst du Fachbeiträge für Straßenbauprojekte und planst Maßnahmen zum aktiven Lärmschutz gemäß relevanter Richtlinien wie RLS-19.
- Du vertrittst deine Fachthemen souverän, berätst öffentliche Auftraggeber und präsentierst Arbeitsergebnisse überzeugend in politischen Gremien.

Was solltest du mitbringen?
- Du hast ein abgeschlossenes Studium in einem relevanten Bereich wie Naturwissenschaften, Bauingenieurwesen oder Geografie.
- Als erfahrene Führungskraft denkst du strategisch, steuerst Budgets sicher und motivierst dein Team zu Bestleistungen.
- Du kennst dich bestens mit den relevanten Normen und Gesetzen aus (z.B. RLS-19, TA Lärm) und vertrittst deine Gutachten souverän in Genehmigungsverfahren.
- Im Umgang mit SoundPLAN bist du versiert, idealerweise bringst du auch erste GIS-Kenntnisse mit.
- Du kommunizierst stark, präsentierst überzeugend vor politischen Gremien und bist geübt im Umgang mit öffentlichen Auftraggebern.
- Sehr gute Deutschkenntnisse (mindestens C1) sind für diese Position unerlässlich.

What do I have to consider if I am not from Germany?
