Deine Aufgaben:
- Du berätst, begleitest und unterstützt Führungskräfte und Mitarbeitende in den Dir zugeordneten Fachbereichen in allen HR-Themen entlang des Employee Life Cycle
- Du bist Sparringpartner:in und Berater:in für Führungskräfte und deren Teams bei organisatorischen Veränderungen und deren Umsetzung sowie begleitest Transformations- und Veränderungsprozesse
- Du bringst Dein HR-Knowhow in Projekten ein
- Du arbeitest eng mit den Teams von Recruiting, HR Development sowie Compensation & Benefits zusammen
- Du bist die erste Ansprechperson für arbeitsrechtliche Fragestellungen und erarbeitest arbeitsrechtliche Regelungen
- Du führst Auswertungen und Analysen zu HR-Fragestellungen durch und setzt operative Personalarbeit um

Dein Profil:
- Du hast ein abgeschlossenes Studium im Bereich BWL mit Schwerpunkt Personal, Rechtswissenschaften oder einen vergleichbaren Abschluss
- Du verfügst über fundierte Berufserfahrung als HR Business Partner (m/w/d) in einem Produktionsunternehmen
- Du hast gute Kenntnisse im Arbeits- und Tarifrecht, idealerweise im Bereich Metall- und Elektroindustrie sowie in der Zusammenarbeit mit den Gremien der Mitarbeitendenvertretung
- Du hast Freude an der Zusammenarbeit mit unterschiedlichen Stakeholdern und ein Talent für's Netzwerken
- Du besitzt hohe Beratungskompetenz, mit der Fähigkeit, unterschiedliche Perspektiven im Blick zu haben
- Du hast sehr gute Deutsch- und kommunikationssichere Englischkenntnisse
- Du arbeitest proaktiv und lösungsorientiert und gehst engagiert an Herausforderungen heran
- Du bist eine verbindliche Persönlichkeit, der Zuverlässigkeit und Qualitätsbewusstsein wichtig ist

I don't think I meet all the requirements. Can I still apply?
What do I have to consider if I am not from Germany?
Please make sure to provide all necessary documents within your Workwise profile. It should include an EU work-permit (if you have no EU citizenship) and a CV at least. Depending on the position you are applying to, you could also be asked for a certificate of enrollment, a transcript of records or a language certificate. We would also recommend to inform yourself thoroughly in advance about visa regulations. Therefore you can use the official visa navigator from the Federal Foreign Office.
