Buchhalter Controller im Finanzwesen (m/w/d)
Was erwartet dich?
- Du prüfst, kontierst und verbuchst alle Geschäftsvorfälle nach HGB (Haupt- und Nebenbuch, insbesondere Anlagenbuchhaltung und Kostenrechnung)
- Du arbeitest bei Monats-, Quartals- und Jahresabschlüssen nach HGB mit
- Du führst die Umsatzsteuervoranmeldung durch und bist verantwortlich für den gesamten Zahlungsverkehr
- Du arbeitest mit externen Partner:innen wie Steuerberater:innen, Wirtschaftsprüfer:innen und dem Finanzamt zusammen
- Du unterstützt im Finanz- und Projektcontrolling und optimierst das interne Berichtswesen
- Du gestaltest aktiv die Digitalisierung unserer Finanz- und Reportingprozesse und erstellst selbstständig Reportings für unsere Tochtergesellschaften

Was solltest du mitbringen?
- Du hast ein abgeschlossenes Studium der Betriebswirtschaft oder eine vergleichbare Ausbildung, idealerweise mit anschließender Weiterbildung zum Finanz- oder Bilanzbuchhalter (m/w/d) oder Steuerfachwirt (m/w/d)
- Du hast mindestens zwei Jahre Berufserfahrung in der operativen Finanzbuchhaltung sowie fundierte Kenntnisse in DATEV
- Du hast Freude an der Aufbereitung von Finanzkennzahlen und Finanzberichten und bist sicher im Umgang mit den gängigen MS-Office-Anwendungen
- Du hast eine Affinität zu Digitalisierungsthemen und Interesse an innovativen Lösungen
- Du bist ein Organisationstalent, zeigst Servicebereitschaft und Genauigkeit
- Du arbeitest selbstständig, proaktiv mit Hands-on-Mentalität und prozessorientiertem Denken und verfügst über gute Deutsch- sowie grundlegende Englischkenntnisse

I don't think I meet all the requirements. Can I still apply?
What do I have to consider if I am not from Germany?
Please make sure to provide all necessary documents within your Workwise profile. It should include an EU work-permit (if you have no EU citizenship) and a CV at least. Depending on the position you are applying to, you could also be asked for a certificate of enrollment, a transcript of records or a language certificate. We would also recommend to inform yourself thoroughly in advance about visa regulations. Therefore you can use the official visa navigator from the Federal Foreign Office.
