Was erwartet Sie?
- Sie erstellen und bearbeiten präzise technische Zeichnungen für Heizungs-, Lüftungs-, Klima- und Sanitäranlagen mit CAD-Software wie AutoCAD und LiNear.
- In enger Abstimmung mit TGA-Fachplanern, Architekten und Bauherren sorgen Sie für eine optimale Integration der Pläne und eine reibungslose Zusammenarbeit der Gewerke.
- Sie prüfen Entwürfe und Pläne sorgfältig auf Richtigkeit, Vollständigkeit sowie die Einhaltung technischer Normen und führen bei Bedarf eigenständig Anpassungen durch.
- Sie verantworten die lückenlose Dokumentation und die strukturierte Archivierung aller Planungsunterlagen, um einen jederzeit aktuellen Projektstand zu gewährleisten.

Was sollten Sie mitbringen?
- Sie haben eine abgeschlossene Ausbildung als technische:r Systemplaner:in oder technische:r Zeichner:in.
- Zudem bringen Sie mindestens zwei Jahre Berufserfahrung in diesem Bereich mit.
- Sie sind versiert im Umgang mit CAD-Software wie AutoCAD und LiNear – idealerweise auch mit Revit – und beherrschen die gängigen MS-Office-Anwendungen.
- Ihre Arbeitsweise ist eigenständig, zuverlässig und strukturiert, sodass Sie Ihre Projekte stets im Blick behalten.
- Sehr gute Deutschkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift (mindestens C1) runden Ihr Profil ab.

I don't think I meet all the requirements. Can I still apply?
What do I have to consider if I am not from Germany?
Please make sure to provide all necessary documents within your Workwise profile. It should include an EU work-permit (if you have no EU citizenship) and a CV at least. Depending on the position you are applying to, you could also be asked for a certificate of enrollment, a transcript of records or a language certificate. We would also recommend to inform yourself thoroughly in advance about visa regulations. Therefore you can use the official visa navigator from the Federal Foreign Office.
