Was erwartet dich?
- Du planst die strategische Ausrichtung und den initialen Aufbau unseres unternehmensweiten und ganzheitlichen IAM- und PAM-Zielbilds in enger Abstimmung mit der operativen Sicherheit und der 2nd Line of Defense
- Du entwickelst unser Zielbild kontinuierlich weiter und leitest konkrete Maßnahmen zur Stärkung der operativen Resilienz ab, die Du gemeinsam mit Deinem Team umsetzt (z. B. Einführung oder Ablösung von Systemen, Optimierung von Prozessabläufen)
- Du leitest fachlich IAM- und PAM-spezifische Projekte und arbeitest aktiv mit
- Du erarbeitest und erstellst Konzepte sowie Dokumentationen auf Basis von regulatorischen Anforderungen (z. B. MaRisk, BAIT)
- Du bist die zentrale Ansprechperson für unsere Fachbereiche hinsichtlich aller Fragen zu den Themen rund um IAM und PAM

Was solltest du mitbringen?
- Du hast ein abgeschlossenes Studium in einer MINT-Fachrichtung oder eine IT-Ausbildung
- Du besitzt mehrjährige Erfahrung im Bereich Identity- und Access- sowie Privileged Access-Management, z. B. als System Engineer oder Projektleiter (m/w/d)
- Du hast gute Kenntnisse in der Konzeption und im Betrieb von IAM- und PAM-Lösungen
- Du hast fundierte Kenntnisse zu bankaufsichtlichen Anforderungen (z. B. MaRisk, BAIT) und idealerweise Erfahrung mit Microsoft Azure und Microsoft 365
- Du besitzt Kommunikationsstärke und ein ausgeprägtes analytisches Denkvermögen

I don't think I meet all the requirements. Can I still apply?
Even if you don't meet all the requirements, you can make up for missing knowledge with additional skills. Use the application's questions to address your motivation and show the company why you are still a good fit for the job. If you don't meet many or all of the requirements, the application will not be successful.
What do I have to consider if I am not from Germany?
Please make sure to provide all necessary documents within your Workwise profile. It should include an EU work-permit (if you have no EU citizenship) and a CV at least. Depending on the position you are applying to, you could also be asked for a certificate of enrollment, a transcript of records or a language certificate. We would also recommend to inform yourself thoroughly in advance about visa regulations. Therefore you can use the official visa navigator from the Federal Foreign Office.
