Was erwartet dich?
- Du bist die Ansprechperson für unsere Kundinnen und Kunden, wenn es um Schäden, Diebstahl und notwendige Reparaturen bei den geleasten Fahrrädern geht und begleitest sie durch den Prozess.
- Mit Werkstätten besprichst und verhandelst du die notwendigen Arbeiten und gibst Reparaturen frei.
- Die Kommunikation, die per Telefon oder E-Mail stattfindet, bildest du in unserem CRM ab.

Welche Fähigkeiten zeichnen dich aus?
- Dazu bringst du eine abgeschlossene Berufsausbildung im kaufmännischen/technischen Bereich mit oder hast vergleichbare Erfahrungen sammeln können.
- Dich zeichnet ein Verhandlungsgeschick und eine gewisse Durchsetzungsstärke aus, ohne die Empathie zu vernachlässigen.
- Du kannst dich gut organisieren und deine Tätigkeiten selbständig einteilen und überblicken.
- Du bist akkurat und gewissenhaft und auch in einer dynamischen Umgebungen sicher und souverän.

- Zuerst führen wir ein Erstgespräch per Teams oder Telefon. Das dauert ca. 30 Minuten. Wenn möglich, ist die zuständige Führungskraft direkt dabei.
- Wenn dieses positiv für beide Seiten verläuft, laden wir dich zu einem persönlichen Kennenlernen ein.

I don't think I meet all the requirements. Can I still apply?
What do I have to consider if I am not from Germany?
Please make sure to provide all necessary documents within your Workwise profile. It should include an EU work-permit (if you have no EU citizenship) and a CV at least. Depending on the position you are applying to, you could also be asked for a certificate of enrollment, a transcript of records or a language certificate. We would also recommend to inform yourself thoroughly in advance about visa regulations. Therefore you can use the official visa navigator from the Federal Foreign Office.
