Was erwartet dich?
- Du übernimmst die eigenständige Einsatzplanung und Koordination unserer Servicetechniker im In- und Ausland und sorgst für eine effiziente Terminierung der Arbeitsgänge.
- Als technische Ansprechperson bist Du die erste Anlaufstelle für unsere Kunden und das Serviceteam, führst Störungsanalysen durch und bietest kompetenten Support per Telefon und E-Mail.
- Du erstellst und verfolgst kaufmännische Angebote für Serviceeinsätze sowie Ersatzteile und pflegst die dazugehörigen Daten in unseren Systemen (z.B. AP+, VDKF-Lec).
- Du wickelst Serviceaufträge von der Annahme bis zur Abrechnung ab und stellst die vollständige Dokumentation der Instandsetzungen und Inbetriebnahmen sicher.
- Du fungierst als zentrale Kommunikationsschnittstelle zwischen unseren Kunden, den Technikern vor Ort und internen Abteilungen, um einen reibungslosen Informationsfluss zu garantieren.

Was solltest du mitbringen?
- Du hast eine technische Ausbildung, z. B. als Mechatroniker für Kältetechnik oder Kälteanlagenbauer, und bringst idealerweise erste Erfahrung aus dem Service-Außendienst mit.
- Du konntest bereits mindestens 3 Jahre Berufserfahrung sammeln, vorzugsweise in einer koordinierenden Rolle im technischen Service oder Innendienst.
- Deine Stärke liegt in der Koordination und Planung von Serviceeinsätzen und du bringst ein gutes kaufmännisches Verständnis für die Angebotserstellung mit.
- Als Kommunikationstalent überzeugst du im telefonischen Kundensupport genauso wie in der Abstimmung mit den Servicetechnikern.
- Im Umgang mit MS Office (Word, Excel) bist du sicher; Erfahrung mit branchenspezifischer Software (z. B. AP+, VDKF-Lec) ist ein klares Plus.
- Sehr gute Deutschkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift sind für die reibungslose Kommunikation unerlässlich.
