Als Senior Projektmanager übernimmst du die Gesamtverantwortung für komplexe Bauprojekte. Von der Planung über die Steuerung bis zur erfolgreichen Umsetzung. Du koordinierst alle Projektbeteiligten, stellst Qualität, Kosten und Termine sicher und führst Verhandlungen mit Auftraggebern, Behörden und Nachunternehmern. Zudem leitest du Projektteams, setzt innovative Methoden wie Lean Management oder digitale Projektsteuerung ein und unterstützt bei der Akquise neuer Projekte.

Leitung und Steuerung von Projekten in der technischen Gebäudeausrüstung
Technische Auslegung von Gebäudeanlagen
Sicherstellung von Qualität, Terminen und Kosten in den betreuten Projekten
Koordination und Abstimmung mit Auftraggebenden, Planenden und weiteren Projektbeteiligten
Mitwirkung bei der Planung und Umsetzung nachhaltiger Gebäudelösungen
Unterstützung bei der Ausschreibung und Vergabe von Bauleistungen
Koordination der ausführenden Gewerke
Unterstützung bei der Weiterentwicklung interner Strukturen und Prozesse

Was solltest du mitbringen?

Ein abgeschlossenes Bachelor-/Masterstudium im Bereich Technische Gebäudeausrüstung, Gebäudetechnik, Versorgungstechnik oder einer vergleichbaren Studienrichtung
Idealerweise erste Berufserfahrung oder fundierte Praktika in der technischen Gebäudeausrüstung
Interesse an Zukunftsthemen wie integrierter Projektabwicklung, nachhaltigem Bauen, Bauen im Bestand und Digitalisierung im Bauwesen
Eine strukturierte, organisierte Arbeitsweise
Eigeninitiative und Freude an selbstständigem Arbeiten

What do I have to consider if I am not from Germany?
