Das ist Ihr Tätigkeitsbereich:
- Sie betreuen versiert und ganzheitlich unsere Kund:innen im mittleren Privatkundensegment. Hierzu gehören die Beratung in allen Produkten des Aktiv- und Passivgeschäftes unter Nutzung der Cross-Selling-Potenziale, insbesondere die Kreditberatung
- Sie stellen eine hohe Beratungs- und Servicequalität sicher, auch unter Einbeziehung neuer Vertriebskanäle
- Sie gewinnen neue Kund:innen durch öffentliche Präsenz, Begleitung von Kund:innenveranstaltungen, Engagement und Repräsentation unseres Hauses auf regionaler Ebene sowie durch direkte Ansprache. Der Aufbau eines Vertrauensverhältnisses zu neuen und bestehenden Kund:innen als Absicherung gegen Mitbewerber gehört ebenfalls zu Ihrem Tätigkeitsfeld
- Sie nehmen Marketingmaßnahmen für definierte Zielgruppen wahr und identifizieren sowie entwickeln vertriebliche Chancen in Ihrem Marktbereich, dabei halten Sie auch den Blick auf bankübergreifende Möglichkeiten

- Sie haben eine Ausbildung zum Bankkaufmann (m/w/d), idealerweise ergänzt durch eine betriebswirtschaftliche oder bankfachliche Weiterbildung
- Sie verfügen über fundierte Erfahrung in der Beratung von erklärungsbedürftigen Produkten im Aktiv- und Passivgeschäft sowie im Vertrieb von Verbundprodukten
