Was erwartet Sie?
- Sie verantworten den gesamten Pflegeprozess von der Anamnese über die Pflegeplanung bis zur Evaluation und sichern so die hohe Versorgungsqualität für unsere Bewohner:innen
- Sie führen eine aktivierende Grund- und Behandlungspflege durch, die sich an den individuellen Bedürfnissen und der Tagesstruktur der Ihnen anvertrauten Menschen orientiert
- Als vertrauensvolle Ansprechperson beraten Sie unsere Bewohner:innen sowie deren Angehörige kompetent und einfühlsam in allen pflegerischen Fragen
- Sie arbeiten eng im interdisziplinären Team mit Pflegekolleg:innen, Ärzt:innen und Therapeut:innen zusammen, um eine ganzheitliche Betreuung zu gewährleisten
- Sie übernehmen die sorgfältige und fachgerechte Pflegedokumentation und stellen damit die Nachvollziehbarkeit aller Maßnahmen sicher

About Alten- und Pflegezentren des Main-Kinzig-Kreises gGmbH
Die Alten- und Pflegezentren wurden 1996 als Eigenbetrieb gegründet und 2005 in eine gemeinnützige Gesellschaft umgewandelt. Das Unternehmen entstand aus den Traditionseinrichtungen Altenzentrum Rodenbach und Kreisruheheim Gelnhausen – mit damals 247 Pflegeplätzen sowie etwa 250 Mitarbeitern und entwickelte sich bis heute (Stand 1.8.2024) mit 988 Pflegeplätzen, 77 Wohnungen und Appartements für Service- und Betreutes Wohnen und über 1.100 Mitarbeiter*innen zum größten kommunalen Anbieter stationärer Altenpflege in Hessen.

I don't think I meet all the requirements. Can I still apply?
What do I have to consider if I am not from Germany?
Please make sure to provide all necessary documents within your Workwise profile. It should include an EU work-permit (if you have no EU citizenship) and a CV at least. Depending on the position you are applying to, you could also be asked for a certificate of enrollment, a transcript of records or a language certificate. We would also recommend to inform yourself thoroughly in advance about visa regulations. Therefore you can use the official visa navigator from the Federal Foreign Office.
What do I have to consider if German is not my mother tongue?
Please take into account the job’s language requirements and make sure the requirements match your skills.
