Was erwartet dich?
- Du wirkst bei der Erstellung und Analyse von Monats- und Jahresabschlüssen (HGB/IFRS) mit
- Du erstellst regelmäßige Forecasts und Reports, einschließlich Konzernreporting
- Du arbeitest bei der Umsatz-, Kosten- und Ergebnisplanung mit und übernimmst die Liquiditätsplanung
- Du führst Soll-Ist-Vergleiche und Abweichungsanalysen durch
- Du ermittelst, überwachst und optimierst betriebswirtschaftliche Kennzahlen und erstellst Analysen sowie Ad-hoc Auswertungen
- Du optimierst und entwickelst Controllingtools und -prozesse weiter und führst Produktkalkulationen durch
- Du hast Entwicklungsmöglichkeiten zum stellvertretenden Teamleiter (m/w/d)

Was solltest du mitbringen?
- Du bringst mind. 3 Jahre Berufserfahrung in einem produzierenden Industrieunternehmen mit
- Du hast ein erfolgreich abgeschlossenes betriebswirtschaftliches Studium mit Schwerpunkt Controlling/Rechnungswesen oder eine vergleichbare kaufmännische Ausbildung
- Du gehst professionell mit den MS Office Produkten um, insbesondere Excel, und hast Kenntnisse in Power BI
- Du verfügst über sichere Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse und eine gute Auffassungsgabe für technische Zusammenhänge
- Du besitzt ein ausgeprägtes analytisches sowie prozessorientiertes Denkvermögen, eine systematische Arbeitsweise und methodisches Vorgehen
- Du bist kommunikationsstark und hast ein hohes Maß an Eigeninitiative, Durchsetzungsvermögen und Zuverlässigkeit

What do I have to consider if I am not from Germany?
