Fachplaner für technische Gebäudeausrüstung (TGA) (m/w/d)
Was erwartet dich?
- Du begleitest Projekte in den Leistungsphasen 1 bis 9 gemäß HOAI von der Konzeption über die Ausführung bis zur Fertigstellung und Übergabe
- Du planst in den Bereichen Sanitär, Heizung, Lüftung, Kälte sowie ggf. Sprinkleranlagen, technischer und medizinischer Gasversorgung und Gebäudeautomation
- Du konzipierst innovative, energieeffiziente und anspruchsvolle Versorgungsanlagen
- Du stimmst dich mit anderen Projektbeteiligten wie Bauherr:innen, Architekt:innen und Fachplaner:innen (Elektro, Statik, Labor, etc.) ab, führst Kollisionsplanungen durch und bearbeitest Schnittstellen
- Du erstellst Kostenermittlungen und Ausschreibungen, prüfst Rechnungen, managst Nachträge und kontrollierst die Kosten
- Du leitest die Bauausführung und koordinierst die ausführenden Firmen, während du den Baufortschritt dokumentierst

I don't think I meet all the requirements. Can I still apply?
What do I have to consider if I am not from Germany?
Please make sure to provide all necessary documents within your Workwise profile. It should include an EU work-permit (if you have no EU citizenship) and a CV at least. Depending on the position you are applying to, you could also be asked for a certificate of enrollment, a transcript of records or a language certificate. We would also recommend to inform yourself thoroughly in advance about visa regulations. Therefore you can use the official visa navigator from the Federal Foreign Office.
