Was erwartet dich?
- Du begleitest Bauunternehmen dabei, digitale Lösungen, KI und moderne Arbeitsweisen sinnvoll in ihren Alltag zu integrieren.
- Du führst Gespräche und Interviews mit Menschen aus der Baupraxis, um ihre Herausforderungen, Bedürfnisse und Arbeitsweisen besser zu verstehen.
- Du analysierst im Team bestehende IT-Strukturen, Prozesse und Arbeitsweisen unserer Kunden und unterstützt dabei, passende Ansätze zur Optimierung zu entwickeln.
- Du unterstützt bei Schulungen, Workshops und Einführungen rund um digitale Lösungen, KI und neue Prozesse im Bauwesen.
- Du hilfst dabei, komplexe technische Themen verständlich und praxisnah für Bauunternehmen aufzubereiten.

Was solltest du mitbringen?
- Du hast Praxiserfahrung im Bauwesen – zum Beispiel als Bauleiter, Oberbauleiter, Projektleiter oder in einer vergleichbaren Rolle.
- Du verstehst, wie Bauprojekte, Baustellen und Bauunternehmen im Alltag funktionieren.
- IT-Affinität statt Coden: Du musst nicht programmieren können, aber Du hast ein ausgeprägtes technisches Verständnis, begeisterst Dich für Softwarelösungen (z.B. BIM, ERP-Systeme am Bau) und hast idealerweise schon mal digitale Tools in Deinem Arbeitsalltag eingeführt oder optimiert.
- Du hast Lust, Dich in digitale Lösungen, KI und moderne Arbeitsweisen einzuarbeiten.
- Du gehst sicher auf Menschen zu, hörst aufmerksam zu und erkennst, welche Herausforderungen im Arbeitsalltag wirklich relevant sind.
- Du denkst gerne mit und hinterfragst fachlich, welche Lösungen Bauunternehmen wirklich weiterbringen.
- Du hast Freude daran, Wissen verständlich zu erklären und andere Menschen für neue Arbeitsweisen zu gewinnen.
- Du arbeitest strukturiert, eigenständig und gerne im Team

In your application overview you have an overview of the application progress at any time. Additionally, we send you emails about the most important status changes.
Can I send several applications at once?

Personal contact is possible via chat as soon as you have been invited for an interview. Before that, you will receive all important status changes by e-mail. If you have any questions, you can contact your personal Candidate Manager:in from Workwise.
I don't think I meet all the requirements. Can I still apply?
What do I have to consider if I am not from Germany?
Please make sure to provide all necessary documents within your Workwise profile. It should include an EU work-permit (if you have no EU citizenship) and a CV at least. Depending on the position you are applying to, you could also be asked for a certificate of enrollment, a transcript of records or a language certificate. We would also recommend to inform yourself thoroughly in advance about visa regulations. Therefore you can use the official visa navigator from the Federal Foreign Office.
What do I have to consider if German is not my mother tongue?
Please take into account the job’s language requirements and make sure the requirements match your skills.
