Als SDR/BDR bei Boardwise übernimmst du eine Schlüsselrolle in der Generierung unserer Sales Pipeline und bist ein wichtiger Bestandteil unseres Sales Teams. Neben der Kaltakquise über Telefon und weitere Kanäle wirst du warme Leads & Inbounds vom Marketing zugespielt bekommen und die Gelegenheit haben, diese in Demo-Termine zu verwandeln. Wir nutzen ein hochmodernes Toolstack, mit dem deine Conversion-Quoten in die Höhe schießen und du erfolgreich deine SQO-Quota erreichen kannst.

Was erwartet dich?

  • Du bist verantwortlich für die Generierung neuer Sales Opportunities über verschiedene Kanäle
  • Du erfüllst die Activity-Targets von Outbound Calls und übernimmst die Kundenakquise per Telefon
  • Du übernimmst die Buchung von Inbounds
  • Du übernimmst das Follow-Up von warmen Leads aus unterschiedlichen Quellen (Ads, Website Formulare, etc.)
  • Du unterstützt uns bei der Vor- und Nachbereitung von Kundenmeetings

Was solltest du mitbringen?

  • Mindestens 1 Jahr Erfahrung als SDR oder BDR in einem B2B SaaS-Umfeld – idealerweise im Mid-Market- oder Enterprise-Bereich
  • Nachweislicher Erfolg im Outbound – du arbeitest strukturiert, KPI-orientiert und eigenständig
  • Sehr gute Kommunikationsfähigkeiten in Deutsch (Muttersprachniveau) sowie solide Englischkenntnisse

What do I have to consider if I am not from Germany?

Please make sure to provide all necessary documents within your Workwise profile. It should include an EU work-permit (if you have no EU citizenship) and a CV at least. Depending on the position you are applying to, you could also be asked for a certificate of enrollment, a transcript of records or a language certificate.
