Was erwartet dich?
- Du kümmerst dich nach ausführlicher Einarbeitung um die Versandvorbereitung und Abwicklung für unsere weltweiten Lieferungen
- Du erstellst die erforderlichen Versand- und Zolldokumente zur Sicherstellung eines zollrechtlich- und ausfuhrbestimmungskonformen Versands
- Du fakturierst Rechnungen mit Hilfe eines ERP-Programmes
- Du beauftragst Speditionen & Kurier-Express-Paket-Dienste
- Du sorgst für eine eigenständige Klärung von Versandthemen wie Unzustellbarkeit, Fehlverladung, Transportschäden und Frachtkostenprüfung
- Du unterstützt und arbeitest mit bei der Entwicklung von Prozessen für eine effiziente, selbstständige und proaktive Versandabwicklung

Was solltest du mitbringen?
- Du hast eine abgeschlossene kaufmännische Ausbildung zum Industriekaufmann (m/w/d) oder eine vergleichbare Ausbildung mit Berufserfahrung, beispielsweise als Speditionskaufmann, Groß- und Außenhandelskaufmann (m/w/d), Kaufmann für Büromanagement, oder als Quereinsteiger mit Berufserfahrung im Export
- Du bist eine offene und freundliche Persönlichkeit und verfügst über sehr gute Deutschkenntnisse sowie gute Englischkenntnisse
- Du überzeugst durch eine rasche Auffassungsgabe, exakte Arbeitsweise und ein ausgeprägtes Qualitätsdenken

I don't think I meet all the requirements. Can I still apply?
What do I have to consider if I am not from Germany?
Please make sure to provide all necessary documents within your Workwise profile. It should include an EU work-permit (if you have no EU citizenship) and a CV at least. Depending on the position you are applying to, you could also be asked for a certificate of enrollment, a transcript of records or a language certificate. We would also recommend to inform yourself thoroughly in advance about visa regulations. Therefore you can use the official visa navigator from the Federal Foreign Office.
