Was erwartet dich?
- Du unterstützt unsere Kund:innen bei der Beratung, Planung und Umsetzung anspruchsvoller Netzwerk-Projekte
- Du administrierst und konfigurierst Windows IT-Infrastrukturen
- Du behebst und analysierst Störungen in der IT-Infrastruktur unserer Kund:innen und führst anspruchsvolle IT-Projekte bei ihnen durch
- Du konfigurierst und wartest IT-Security-Komponenten
- Du analysierst und behebst Störungen im 2nd und 3rd Level Support
- Du virtualisierst Serverlandschaften mit VMware und/oder HyperV und administrierst aktuelle Microsoft® Windows Betriebssysteme sowie Microsoft® 365

Was solltest du mitbringen?
- Du hast eine abgeschlossene Ausbildung oder ein Studium im IT-Umfeld oder bringst als Quereinsteiger:in mindestens 5 Jahre IT-praktische Berufserfahrung mit
- Du verfügst über ein umfangreiches IT-Allgemeinwissen sowie ein sehr gutes IT-technisches Verständnis
- Du hast Freude an Herausforderungen und ein ausgeprägtes Denken in Kundennutzen
- Du trittst freundlich und professionell auf, sowohl extern als auch intern
- Du arbeitest effizient und zuverlässig
- Du hast Lust darauf, gemeinsam mit dem Team unser Unternehmen weiterzuentwickeln und voranzutreiben
- Du beherrschst sehr gutes Deutsch auf C1-Niveau und gutes Englisch auf B2-Niveau

I don't think I meet all the requirements. Can I still apply?
What do I have to consider if I am not from Germany?
Please make sure to provide all necessary documents within your Workwise profile. It should include an EU work-permit (if you have no EU citizenship) and a CV at least. Depending on the position you are applying to, you could also be asked for a certificate of enrollment, a transcript of records or a language certificate. We would also recommend to inform yourself thoroughly in advance about visa regulations. Therefore you can use the official visa navigator from the Federal Foreign Office.
