Was erwartet dich?
- Du begleitest unsere Kund:innen von der Konzeption über die Planung bis zur erfolgreichen Umsetzung anspruchsvoller Netzwerk- und Infrastrukturprojekte.
- Du übernimmst die Administration und Konfiguration von Windows-Serverlandschaften und virtualisierst diese souverän mit VMware oder Hyper-V.
- Du verwaltest Microsoft 365 Umgebungen und sorgst durch die Konfiguration und Wartung von IT-Security-Komponenten für die Sicherheit der Kundennetzwerke.
- Als zentrale Anlaufstelle im 2nd und 3rd Level Support analysierst und behebst Du komplexe Störungen in den IT-Infrastrukturen unserer Kund:innen.
- In enger Abstimmung mit Deinem Team und den Kund:innen entwickelst Du bestehende IT-Systeme weiter und trägst aktiv zur Optimierung bei.

Was solltest du mitbringen?
- Du hast eine abgeschlossene Ausbildung oder ein Studium im IT-Umfeld oder bringst als Quereinsteiger:in mindestens 5 Jahre relevante Berufserfahrung mit.
- Du bringst fundierte Kenntnisse in der Administration von Windows-Infrastrukturen, Virtualisierung (z. B. VMware, Hyper-V) und im Netzwerkbereich mit.
- Idealerweise hast du bereits Erfahrung mit IT-Security-Komponenten und Microsoft 365 gesammelt.
- Du denkst serviceorientiert, hast Freude an der Lösung kniffliger technischer Herausforderungen und trittst im Kundenkontakt professionell auf.
- Du sprichst fließend Deutsch (C1) und verfügst über gute Englischkenntnisse (B2).

I don't think I meet all the requirements. Can I still apply?
What do I have to consider if I am not from Germany?
Please make sure to provide all necessary documents within your Workwise profile. It should include an EU work-permit (if you have no EU citizenship) and a CV at least. Depending on the position you are applying to, you could also be asked for a certificate of enrollment, a transcript of records or a language certificate. We would also recommend to inform yourself thoroughly in advance about visa regulations. Therefore you can use the official visa navigator from the Federal Foreign Office.
