- Sie betreuen und beraten unseren Kundenstamm in Ihrem Reisegebiet
- Sie begeistern neue Kund:innen von unserem Unternehmen und unseren Produkten
- Sie unterstützen fachlich in Sortiments- und Marketingfragen im Rahmen der Kundenberatung
- Sie konzipieren Produktschulungen und führen diese vor Ort durch
- Sie begleiten aktiv unsere Produktneueinführungen und tragen maßgeblich zur Erstellung des Budgets für Ihr Verkaufsgebiet bei

Was sollten Sie mitbringen?
- Sie besitzen eine erfolgreich abgeschlossene augenoptische Ausbildung
- Sie verfügen idealerweise über mehrjährige Außendiensterfahrung im Vertrieb komplexer Produkte, geben aber auch Berufseinsteiger:innen aus der Augenoptik eine Chance
- Sie haben ein repräsentatives Auftreten, ausgeprägtes Präsentationsvermögen und Verhandlungsgeschick
- Sie besitzen die Fähigkeit, sich flexibel auf Menschen und Situationen einzustellen und den richtigen Ton zu treffen
- Sie denken und handeln unternehmerisch und schätzen eine selbstständige und zielorientierte Arbeitsweise
- Sie besitzen einen Führerschein der Klasse B

I don't think I meet all the requirements. Can I still apply?
What do I have to consider if I am not from Germany?
Please make sure to provide all necessary documents within your Workwise profile. It should include an EU work-permit (if you have no EU citizenship) and a CV at least. Depending on the position you are applying to, you could also be asked for a certificate of enrollment, a transcript of records or a language certificate. We would also recommend to inform yourself thoroughly in advance about visa regulations. Therefore you can use the official visa navigator from the Federal Foreign Office.
