Was erwartet dich?
- Bearbeitung von Service-Tickets: Analyse und Priorisierung von Kundenanfragen und technischen Problemen
- Dokumentation der Problembeschreibungen sowie der durchgeführten Lösungen
- Technische Ansprechpartner:in für Kund:innen
- Unterstützung der Kund:innen bei der technischen Fehlerbehebung, sowohl telefonisch als auch vor Ort
- Durchführung von Field-Service-Einsätzen: Wartung, Reparatur und Modernisierung medientechnischer Anlagen vor Ort
- Überprüfung und Optimierung von Programmierungen sowie Verkabelungen zur Sicherstellung der einwandfreien Funktionalität
- Koordination der RMA-Abwicklung: Bearbeitung von Reparatur- und Garantiefällen in Zusammenarbeit mit unseren Partner:innen und Herstellern

Was solltest du mitbringen?
- Abgeschlossene Ausbildung oder Studium im Bereich Elektrotechnik, Fachinformatik Systemintegration, Systemelektronik, Medientechnik oder einem vergleichbaren Fachgebiet
- Mindestens vierjährige Berufserfahrung in der Kundenbetreuung und im technischen Service, idealerweise in der Medientechnik
- Fundierte Kenntnisse über medientechnische Produkte und Hersteller wie Crestron, QSC, Bose, Barco oder ähnliche
- Gute Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift
- Grundkenntnisse in Netzwerktechnologien und deren Anwendung sowie ein hohes Maß an Kundenorientierung und Kommunikationsfähigkeit
- Flexibilität für gelegentliche Reisen zu Kund:innen und Führerschein der Klasse B, für den Hin- und Rückweg

What do I have to consider if I am not from Germany?
