Was solltest du mitbringen?
- Du hast ein abgeschlossenes Studium im Bereich Design & Engineering, Ingenieurwesen oder einem verwandten Feld
- Du bringst mindestens zwei Jahre Berufserfahrung in einer Führungsposition im Bereich Design & Anwendungstechnik mit sowie Kenntnisse im Operating und Sales, idealerweise in der Automation und Technik
- Du hast nachweisliche Erfolge in der Leitung von Engineering- und Sales-Projekten
- Du verfügst über ausgezeichnete Kenntnisse in Design-Software und Engineering-Tools sowie in Vertriebs- und Marketingtools
- Du besitzt die Fähigkeit, in einem dynamischen System zu agieren und zu führen
- Du hast ein technisches Verständnis und kannst komplexe technische Produkte erklären
- Du zeigst starke analytische Fähigkeiten und hast ein gutes Gespür für Markttransaktionen
- Du verfügst über sehr gute Deutschkenntnisse (C1-Niveau) und gute Englischkenntnisse (B2-Niveau)

What do I have to consider if I am not from Germany?
Please make sure to provide all necessary documents within your Workwise profile. It should include an EU work-permit (if you have no EU citizenship) and a CV at least. Depending on the position you are applying to, you could also be asked for a certificate of enrollment, a transcript of records or a language certificate.
