Senior IT-Administrator für IT-Security (m/w/d)
Was erwartet dich?
- Du analysierst und bewertest IT-Sicherheitsrisiken in bestehenden und neuen IT-Infrastrukturen und leitest geeignete Schutzmaßnahmen ab
- Du planst, implementierst und überwachst Sicherheitslösungen (z. B. Firewalls, IDS/IPS, SIEM-Systeme, Endpoint Protection)
- Du führst Schwachstellenanalysen und Penetrationstests zur Identifikation potenzieller Sicherheitslücken durch
- Du erstellst und pflegst Sicherheitsrichtlinien, -konzepte und -dokumentationen gemäß gängiger Standards (z. B. ISO 27001, BSI IT-Grundschutz, NIST)
- Du berätst Fachabteilungen und Projektteams hinsichtlich sicherer Systemarchitekturen und Datenschutzanforderungen
- Du überwachst und analysierst sicherheitsrelevante Ereignisse sowie führst Incident Response und Forensik im Falle von Sicherheitsvorfällen
- Du schulst und sensibilisierst Mitarbeitende im Bereich IT-Sicherheit und Awareness
- Du begleitest Audits und Zertifizierungsprozesse im Bereich Informationssicherheit
- Du wirkst beim Teamaufbau mit und bringst Ideen in die Struktur und Prozesse ein

Was solltest du mitbringen?
- Du bringst mindestens 3 Jahre Berufserfahrung im Bereich IT-Administration und IT-Security mit
- Du hast ein abgeschlossenes Studium der Informatik, Wirtschaftsinformatik oder eine vergleichbare Qualifikation
- Du besitzt fundierte Kenntnisse in Netzwerksicherheit, Firewalls, VPNs und Verschlüsselungstechnologien
- Du hast Erfahrung mit Sicherheitsstandards und -zertifizierungen (z.B. ISO 27001, BSI IT- Grundschutz)
- Du verfügst über analytisches Denkvermögen und Problemlösungsfähigkeit
- Du zeigst gute Kommunikations- und Teamfähigkeit
- Du hast sehr gute Deutsch- (mind. C1-Niveau) und gute Englischkenntnisse (mind. B2-Niveau)

I don't think I meet all the requirements. Can I still apply?
What do I have to consider if I am not from Germany?
Please make sure to provide all necessary documents within your Workwise profile. It should include an EU work-permit (if you have no EU citizenship) and a CV at least. Depending on the position you are applying to, you could also be asked for a certificate of enrollment, a transcript of records or a language certificate. We would also recommend to inform yourself thoroughly in advance about visa regulations. Therefore you can use the official visa navigator from the Federal Foreign Office.
