Was erwartet dich?
- Du unterstützt die Manager der einzelnen Business Units dabei, ihre Ziele für die jeweilige Business Units zu erreichen.
- Du hast einen Blick für die Geschäftsentwicklung der Business Units und stehst mit Rat und Tat zur Seite. Monatlich sprichst du über die Erwartungen und hast kein Problem auch mal kritische Fragen zu stellen.
- Du unterstützt das Führungsteam bei der Erarbeitung der Umsatz- und Preisstrategie. Auf der anderen Seite behältst du die Kosten und die Anzahl der Kunden im Blick.
- Du unterstützt bei der Financial Due Diligence neuer Akquisitionen und arbeitest dabei eng mit unserem M&A-Team zusammen.
- Du setzt zusammen mit dem Management Best Practises in den Business Units um und nimmst dadurch Einfluss auf die Geschäftsergebnisse.
- Neben den bestehenden Business Units können jederzeit weitere Akquisitionsprojekte hinzukommen.

Was solltest du mitbringen?
- Du hast erfolgreich ein wirtschaftswissenschaftliches Studium absolviert, idealerweise mit Schwerpunkt Finance oder Controlling.
- Weiterhin hast Du mindestens 5 Jahre praktische Berufserfahrung in einer vergleichbaren Position gesammelt.
- Der Umgang mit dem MS-Office-Paket, insbesondere mit Excel bereitet dir keine Probleme, auch Power BI ist für dich kein Fremdwort.
- Du kannst fließend auf Deutsch in Wort und Schrift kommunizieren, Englisch fällt dir ebenfalls nicht schwer.
- Du bist jemand mit hohen analytischen und konzeptionellen Fähigkeiten und kannst komplexe Zusammenhänge klar und überzeugend darstellen.
- Du bist kommunikativ, lösungsorientiert und hast eine Hands-On-Mentalität.
- Dir fällt es leicht, dich in neue Themen einzuarbeiten.
- Du hast Lust Dich, sowie unsere Controllingprozesse, weiterzuentwickeln.
- Du besuchst regelmäßig die betreuten Business Units vor Ort und bringst eine entsprechende Reisebereitschaft mit.

What do I have to consider if I am not from Germany?
Please make sure to provide all necessary documents within your Workwise profile. It should include an EU work-permit (if you have no EU citizenship) and a CV at least. Depending on the position you are applying to, you could also be asked for a certificate of enrollment, a transcript of records or a language certificate.
