Was erwartet dich?
- Erstellen von Projektplänen und Definition von Maßnahmen zur termingerechten Präsentation einer Shortlist von ausgewählten Kandidat:innen beim Kunden
- Erarbeiten einer Suchstrategie
- Durchführen von Recherchen zu möglichen Zielfirmen und -personen
- Direktansprache: Identifikation und telefonische wie auch schriftliche Ansprache der potenziell geeigneten Kandidat:innen
- Führen von ersten Motivations- und Potenzialdialogen (Pre-Screenings) zur weiteren Qualifikation der Kandidat:innen
- Eigenständiges Monitoring der Recruiting Maßnahmen, Reporting der Search-Aktivitäten zur Erstellung von Statusberichten an den Kunden
- Je nach Mandat, Begleitung von Briefing-Gesprächen der Berater:innen beim Kunden

Was solltest du mitbringen?
- Abgeschlossenes Studium oder vergleichbare Ausbildung
- Mehrjährige Erfahrung im Active Sourcing
- Kenntnisse in der Identifikation, Ansprache und Qualifizierung von Kandidat:innen
- Praxiserprobte Kenntnisse im Führen von Interviews
- Versierter Umgang mit IT-Systemen, Social Media und MS-Office
- Verhandlungssichere Deutschkenntnisse und gute Englischkenntnisse

I don't think I meet all the requirements. Can I still apply?
What do I have to consider if I am not from Germany?
Please make sure to provide all necessary documents within your Workwise profile. It should include an EU work-permit (if you have no EU citizenship) and a CV at least. Depending on the position you are applying to, you could also be asked for a certificate of enrollment, a transcript of records or a language certificate. We would also recommend to inform yourself thoroughly in advance about visa regulations. Therefore you can use the official visa navigator from the Federal Foreign Office.
What do I have to consider if German is not my mother tongue?
Please take into account the job’s language requirements and make sure the requirements match your skills.
