Was erwartet dich?
- Du bestückst Leerrohrsysteme mittels Kabeleinblasverfahren
- Du bedienst und wartest fachgerecht die Einblasgeräte
- Du installierst, montierst, wartest und prüfst die technischen Anlagen im LWL-Glasfaserbereich
- Du montierst und spleißt LwL-Muffen, POP’s, Verteiler und Abschlusspunkte in Häusern
- Du nimmst die Anlagen bei unseren Kund:innen vor Ort in Betrieb und führst die Anlagenabnahme durch
- Du misst neue und bestehende Glasfaserstrecken, erstellst Messprotokolle und dokumentierst die Montage, Kabelzieh- und Einblasarbeiten

Was solltest du mitbringen?
- Du hast eine abgeschlossene technische Ausbildung (z.B. als Elektriker:in, Elektroinstallateur:in, Informationselektriker:in, Fernmeldetechniker:in, Nachrichten-/Übertragungstechniker:in) mit erster Berufserfahrung oder bist Quereinsteiger:in mit Berufserfahrung im technischen Bereich und Interesse an der Materie
- Du verfügst über grundlegende Kenntnisse im Bereich der LWL-Installation
- Du hast Kenntnisse im Bereich der Messtechnik (Dämpfungsmessung, OTDR-Messung)
- Du hast Kenntnisse in der Fehlerortung und Fehlereingrenzung, was von Vorteil ist
- Du besitzt einen Führerschein der Klasse B
- Du hast gute Deutschkenntnisse (B2 Niveau)

I don't think I meet all the requirements. Can I still apply?
Even if you don't meet all the requirements, you can make up for missing knowledge with additional skills. Use the application's questions to address your motivation and show the company why you are still a good fit for the job. If you don't meet many or all of the requirements, the application will not be successful.
What do I have to consider if I am not from Germany?
Please make sure to provide all necessary documents within your Workwise profile. It should include an EU work-permit (if you have no EU citizenship) and a CV at least. Depending on the position you are applying to, you could also be asked for a certificate of enrollment, a transcript of records or a language certificate. We would also recommend to inform yourself thoroughly in advance about visa regulations. Therefore you can use the official visa navigator from the Federal Foreign Office.

Please take into account the job’s language requirements and make sure the requirements match your skills.
