Was erwartet Sie?
- Sie decken den kompletten Verkaufszyklus von der Erstansprache bis zum Vertragsabschluss ab
- Sie betreuen und bauen Bestands- und Neukund:innen aus
- Sie gewinnen neue Kund:innen durch Telefon- oder Kaltakquise
- Sie akquirieren aktiv Neukund:innen und vertreiben beratungsintensive Nahrungsmittel-Bausteine, Aromen und Produkte für die Nahrungsmittelindustrie
- Sie präsentieren das Unternehmen und die Produkte bei Kund:innen
- Sie unterstützen die Teams im Bereich Vertriebsvorbereitung und Marketing
- Sie besuchen Messen und Fachveranstaltungen im In- und Ausland
- Sie pflegen Forecast und CRM-System und erstellen Reports für die Geschäftsleitung
- Sie beobachten den Markt und führen Wettbewerbsanalysen durch
- Sie verhandeln Konditionen und erstellen die Dokumentation

Was sollten Sie mitbringen?
- Sie haben eine abgeschlossene kaufmännische Ausbildung oder ein Studium im Bereich Ökotrophologie, Betriebswirtschaft oder Sales Management
- Sie verfügen über 4–6 Jahre Berufserfahrung im Vertrieb, vorzugsweise in der Nahrungsmittelindustrie
- Sie haben bereits Erfahrung mit Trockenprodukten wie z. B. Hefeextrakten
- Sie besitzen hervorragende Kommunikations- und Verhandlungsfähigkeiten sowie hohe Kundenorientierung und Eigeninitiative
- Sie sind bereit, innerhalb Deutschlands zu reisen
- Sie beherrschen fließend Deutsch und Englisch in Wort und Schrift (C1)
- Sie sind sicher im Umgang mit gängigen CRM-Systemen und MS Office

I don't think I meet all the requirements. Can I still apply?
What do I have to consider if I am not from Germany?
Please make sure to provide all necessary documents within your Workwise profile. It should include an EU work-permit (if you have no EU citizenship) and a CV at least.
