Was erwartet Dich?
- Du übernimmst die fachliche und disziplinarische Führung des Customer Service Export Teams mit 8 Mitarbeitenden
- Du baust das Wissen des Customer Service Export Teams weiter aus und förderst die kontinuierliche Weiterentwicklung
- Du behältst alle nationalen und internationalen Ausfuhren im Blick und optimierst sie ständig
- In Zusammenarbeit mit der Bereichsleitung vergleichst Du die Kosten der Versanddienstleister:innen, um die beste Wahl zu treffen
- Du pflegst und stärkst die Beziehungen zu unseren Dienstleister:innen und Partner:innen
- Du überwachst und kontrollierst die Fakturierung, um eine reibungslose Abwicklung sicherzustellen
- Du unterstützt den Vertrieb in Abstimmung mit der Bereichsleitung und trägst zur Erreichung der Vertriebsziele bei
- Durch innovative Ideen verbesserst Du unsere Abläufe und Prozesse innerhalb Deines Verantwortungsbereichs und kannst Konflikte kurzfristig lösen
- Du erstellst und analysierst Statistiken, Auswertungen und KPI’s, um fundierte Entscheidungen zu treffen

Was solltest Du mitbringen?
- Du hast ein erfolgreich abgeschlossenes Studium in Logistik oder Business Management, alternativ eine abgeschlossene kaufmännische Ausbildung, bspw. als Kaufmann für Spedition und Logistikdienstleistung (m/w/d)
- Du konntest mindestens drei Jahre Berufserfahrung im oben genannten Bereich sammeln
- Dein Verhandlungsgeschick auf Deutsch und Englisch sorgt dafür, dass Du die besten Deals an Land ziehst
- Du arbeitest selbstständig, strukturiert und behältst stets Kosten, Kund:innen und Dein Team im Blick
- Du hast Erfahrung im Umgang mit MS Office, ERP-Systemen und gängiger Speditions- und Zollsoftware und nutzt diese Tools souverän
- Du bist eine offene, flexible Persönlichkeit, die sich gerne neuen Herausforderungen stellt

What do I have to consider if I am not from Germany?
Please make sure to provide all necessary documents within your Workwise profile. It should include an EU work-permit (if you have no EU citizenship) and a CV at least.
